Every project starts with a load calculation: occupancy, equipment heat, exhaust requirements, envelope tightness and outdoor design conditions for Crescent City specifically. Only then do we pick hardware.
We install supply and exhaust systems, make-up air units, rooftop packages, in-line and cabinet fans, and full ducted distribution. Residential retrofits in 1950s coastal cottages sit alongside 12,000 sq ft commercial fit-outs on the same schedule board.

Built here, on Fairway Drive
Our shop runs a brake, shear, plasma table and spiral machine. That means odd transitions, tight-clearance plenums and one-off replacement sections get made the same week instead of waiting on a Sacramento supplier.
Standard stock is G90 galvanised; we run 304 stainless for kitchen and marine-exposed work, and aluminium where weight matters. All seams sealed to SMACNA leakage class, all joints labelled to the shop drawing so the install crew isn't guessing on a roof in the rain.

Dry air, in a place that isn't
Most air-quality calls we get here start with the same sentence: "there's black spotting in the corner of the bathroom." Nine times out of ten it isn't a cleaning problem — it's an air change problem plus a cold surface.
We measure relative humidity and surface temperatures, find where moisture is being generated and where it stalls, then fix the ventilation path. Heat and energy recovery ventilators let us bring in continuous fresh air without throwing away the heat you paid for.

Hoods that pass, first time
A hood that moves too much air is as much of a failure as one that moves too little: it pulls conditioned air out of the dining room, slams the front door and drives the heating bill up. We size exhaust and make-up air together, always.
